On January 20th at 11:09pm, K9 Officer Robert Armstrong arrested Robert Saliski, 28, of Barnegat for possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia after stopping Saliski’s vehicle for failing to maintain lane of travel on Village Drive. During the course of the stop, Officer Armstrong obtained consent to search the vehicle. The ensuing search resulted in the recovery of 30 individual packs of heroin, a quantity of marijuana, and drug paraphernalia.
 Saliski was processed and released pending a court date. He was charged with possession of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of marijuana under 50 grams.
