On March 16th at 2:18am, K-9 officer Robert Armstrong arrested Anthony Guidice, 23, of Waretown for DWI after stopping Guidice’s car on Route 9 for failing to maintain lane of travel.
Guidice’s vehicle was impounded for 12 hours in accordance with John’s Law. Guidice was processed and released with summonses for DWI, reckless driving, failure to maintain lane, failure to exhibit registration, and failure to exhibit insurance card.

On March 23rd at 1:43am, K-9 Officer Robert Armstrong arrested Michael Toye 2nd, 23, of Waretown for DWI after stopping Toye’s car on Lighthouse Drive. Officer Armstrong had run a random inquiry on Toye’s license plate which revealed that Toye’s vehcile was unregistered.
Toye’s vehicle was impounded for being unregistered and in accordance with John’s Law. Toyes was processed and released with summonses for DWI, reckless driving, and unregistered vehicle.
