On September 9th at 10:16pm, Patrolman Robert Armstrong arrested Scott Madej, 28, of Barnegat for DWI after stopping his vehicle on Village Drive for failing to maintain lane of travel.
Madej’s vehicle was impounded for 12 hours in accordance with John’s Law. He was processed and released with summonses for DWI, reckless driving, failure to maintain lane, and failure to notify DMV of address change.
